What’s your poison? Strychnine, snakes and survival in a strange land

One thing most tourists know when visiting Australia is that there are lots of things that could kill you. Imagine what it was like back when British settlers were colonising this strange new land. This week on Uncurated, Thomas Phillips and Xiao Zhu investigate how Western medicine grappled with this frightening landscape, finding solutions that were sometimes more dangerous than the problem.
