Charlotte Grieve is a journalist with The Citizen and recipient of the 2018 Schiavon Cadetship. She is a graduate of the Master of Journalism at the University of Melbourne, and has an undergraduate degree in international relations from the University of Sydney. Her pathway to journalism was kick-started by an internship at The Mongol Messenger and has since written for SBS Life, The Age, The Guardian and Sydney’s The City Hub. She has also been a research assistant for a number of projects for ABC Regional and the Centre for Media Transition.
