Taking to your pod for a pep-up

The world is tired. We are not getting enough sleep. We need our sleep hygiene, less screen time and bedtime ritual.

But the answer to our daily bouts of drowsiness might be just a sleep pod away.

Pods are popping up in companies including Google and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and giving employees an opportunity to recharge during the day, stimulating their creativity and encouraging innovation.

Australia has pods, too. Buffy Gorrilla explores one recently installed in a Melbourne gym.
