DISPOSABLE: Bending bananas to fight food waste
Every week some 500 tonnes of bananas are thrown away in Queensland because of size and shape irregularities. Tired of seeing all their hard work go to waste, banana farmers Rob and Krista Watkins found a solution after accidentally driving over a bunch of bananas.
